Scaling a premium DTC blender brand on Shopify Plus.

Project details

I lead Shopify Plus development for a premium DTC brand across the US and Canada, while supporting the setup and development of international reseller storefronts, including the UK. Projects span the full e-commerce experience, from high-fidelity Figma designs and campaign landing pages to refreshed storefront experiences and custom theme features.

A key focus is continuous conversion and AOV optimisation through A/B testing, customer and industry trends, and data-driven business insights — turning opportunities into practical storefront improvements that drive growth.

LoneRider motorcycle Shopify storefront

Project details

I co-led the development, technical scoping and launch of the LoneRider Shopify storefront, working across development, UX and design to shape the experience from the initial architecture. I translated an external agency's designs into Shopify, building internationalisation into the storefront from the outset to support 20+ language and currency locales.

I also built key launch and retention functionality, including Klaviyo transactional flows and stock notifications, helping support the brand's first discounted product launch during Black Friday.

Foldabox UK premium gift box Shopify storefront

Making a complex catalogue easier to shop.

Project details

I led the front-end refresh for Foldabox while at ShopCreatify, a UK luxury folding gift-box specialist supplying independent retailers and globally recognised brands. The challenge was creating a clear, intuitive experience around a large and highly customisable product catalogue, where products could be configured with different options and modular accessories. The refresh focused on making that complexity easier to navigate while elevating the premium nature of the brand.

Foldabox's product craftsmanship and client showcase were central to building trust and communicating the diversity and originality of its UK-made products. Alongside the UX and visual refresh, I developed key commerce functionality around bulk ordering and savings, product dimensions, fast shipping and sustainability messaging, helping customers understand the products, their options and the value of buying from Foldabox.
